End User License Agreement

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT This agreement governs authorized access by {Username} to Crispen Kelly Makeup Artistry's private website, administrative console, client information, calendars, files, and internal systems. Access is personal, revocable, non-transferable, and limited to authorized business purposes. Credentials may not be shared. Client data, tax information, payment information, signatures, contracts, internal messages, and nonpublic business information must be kept confidential. Users may not attempt to bypass permissions, export data without authorization, introduce malicious code, or use the system for an unauthorized purpose. The Company may log access and administrative actions for security, legal, accounting, and audit purposes. Upon termination of authorized access, the user must stop accessing the system and return or delete Company information as directed. By signing, the user agrees to use the system only within the permissions assigned to the account.
